Melanie joined Jika Productions in 2018.

Her love of people and her intrinsic ability to relate to them on all levels (from the tea lady to EXCO) made events a natural arena for her to operate within.

With over 25 years in the event production industry, I specialise in Project Management, Operations, and Business Development.

My passion lies in creating meaningful, engaging experiences that bring brands closer to their audiences—whether they’re employees, customers, or communities. I have led a wide variety of events across multiple sectors, from live sports and music festivals to corporate engagements and social impact academies.
